On the morning of September 19, Dak Bla Ward Police received a report that Vu used a homemade gun to shoot iron pellets at his 35-year-old brother, who also lived in Dak Bla Ward. When the police arrived at the scene to persuade him, Vu did not comply and even held a knife to challenge the authorities.
