On the morning of July 14, Hai Duong Provincial Police announced that the Hai Duong Provincial Police Investigation Security Agency issued a decision to prosecute the criminal case of "Embezzlement of property" occurring at the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation, and at the same time issued a decision to prosecute the accused and issue an arrest warrant for temporary detention, and a search warrant for the residence and workplace of two individuals.

Specifically, the accused were prosecuted and an arrest warrant was issued for Mr. Mai Xuan Anh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, former Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation and Ms. Pham Thi Nhung - Head of the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations, Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation to investigate the crime of "Embezzlement of property" as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 353 of the 2015 Penal Code.
The above decisions and orders have been approved by the People's Procuracy of Hai Duong province.
The Provincial Police Security Investigation Agency is focusing on investigating and clarifying the case.
