Previously, at around 7:15 p.m. on October 12, the Traffic Police - Order Team, An Duong District Police, was on duty at Route 351, Cach Ha Village (Nam Son Commune, An Duong). The team signaled to stop the vehicle and check the alcohol concentration of Mr. Bui Van Chien (born in 1974, residing in Nhi Hai Village, Thai Son Commune, An Lao).
However, Mr. Chien did not comply with the order, cursed, resisted, and used insulting words towards the police force. This subject also used his hand to hit an officer of the Traffic Police - Order Team of An Duong District Police.
After that, this man was taken to the Nam Son Commune Police Station, An Duong District for settlement. Because he was drunk, Chien slept at the station.
Immediately after receiving the information, Colonel Bui Trung Thanh, Deputy Director of Hai Phong City Police, was present at Nam Son commune to directly direct and request An Duong District Police to strictly handle the case of resisting people on duty.
