Malaysia A 6-year-old boy in Langkawi Islands drove his parents' Vios to a toy store without permission, but crashed the car into an electric pole.

The boy stole the keys, invited his younger brother to climb into his parents' Toyota Vios and drove away from home on the evening of May 9 to go buy toys. However, after traveling about 2.5 km, the car lost control and crashed into an electric pole near Kampung Titi Chanwang, Langkawi archipelago, Malaysia.

The accident left the boy with a minor injury to his chin, while his three-year-old brother was fortunately unhurt, and the car's hood was damaged.

Muhamad Haji Noh, an eyewitness, said the white Vios had earlier scraped his motorbike. Noh and his friends chased the swerving vehicle, thinking the driver was drunk.

When the car crashed, Noh looked inside and was shocked to find only two children inside. He kept asking, "Where are your parents? Who is driving this car?", and the boy quickly replied that he wanted to go to the store to buy a black toy car.

Police arrived at the scene to investigate and determined that the boy drove away from home while his father was sleeping and his mother was in the bathroom.
