Muhamad Haji Noh, an eyewitness, said the white Vios had earlier scraped his motorbike. Noh and his friends chased the swerving vehicle, thinking the driver was drunk.
When the car crashed, Noh looked inside and was shocked to find only two children inside. He kept asking, "Where are your parents? Who is driving this car?", and the boy quickly replied that he wanted to go to the store to buy a black toy car.
Police arrived at the scene to investigate and determined that the boy drove away from home while his father was sleeping and his mother was in the bathroom.
