On the evening of May 31, the Organizing Committee of the "Melody of Youth" Contest in Bac Lieu province, school year 2024 - 2025, held a performance of excellent performances and summarized and awarded prizes to the winning performances at the contest. The contest was organized by the Department of Education and Training, taking place over 4 days, from May 28 - 31, 2025.
The competition was attended by over 1,500 students of all levels, from 28 units, including 7 Departments of Education and Training with 832 students and 21 High Schools and Continuing Education Centers with 708 students and trainees. The units brought to the competition over 100 performances (39 performances from Departments of Education and Training, 72 performances from High Schools), including: solos, duets, trios, singing and dancing groups, solos, etc.
The organizing committee awarded prizes to the entire delegation of the Department of Education and Training.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 68 groups and individuals with the best performances in each category in both groups. The Organizing Committee also awarded prizes to the units, specifically the First Prize for the entire group of Departments of Education and Training went to Bac Lieu City; the Second Prize went to Gia Rai Town; the Third Prize went to Phuoc Long District; and 2 Encouragement Prizes were awarded to Vinh Loi District and Hoa Binh District.
The first prize for the whole group of high schools and continuing education centers went to Ganh Hao High School; 2 second prizes went to Vo Van Kiet High School and Gia Rai High School; 3 third prizes were awarded to Bac Lieu Specialized High School, Bac Lieu High School and Hiep Thanh High School; 4 consolation prizes went to the provincial boarding schools for ethnic minorities, Le Thi Rieng High School, Ninh Thanh Loi High School and Nguyen Trung Truc High School.
