
The festival attracted 12 mass art troupes (MART) with nearly 300 non-professional actors from 26 border communes, wards and towns of the province, along with 11 border posts located in the province.

During the two days of the festival, the troupes brought to the audience 60 rich art performances, imbued with national identity, praising the homeland, the country, the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho and the border soldiers.
Many performances impressed with their elaborate investment and creativity in staging and performance, harmoniously combining traditional elements and modern breath, creating a vivid cultural picture of ethnic groups in the border highlands.




The 2025 Mass Arts Festival of Lao Cai Province's border communes, wards and towns is not only a cultural and artistic playground but also an opportunity to connect the community, strengthen the feelings of compatriots in the border areas, and spread patriotism and national pride from the border areas of the Fatherland.
Representing the non-professional actors participating in the festival, Ms. Hoang Phuong Thuy, NTQC troupe of A Lu commune, Y Ty (Bat Xat) shared: This is an opportunity for us to exchange, learn, and introduce our ethnic culture; to demonstrate solidarity and attachment between the army and the people. I hope that there will be more opportunities for exchange in the future.



At the end of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 6 Consolation Prizes to the participating delegations.
In which, the first prize for the whole delegation belonged to the NTQC delegation of Ban Phiet commune (Bao Thang); the NTQC delegation of Ta Ngai Cho, Pha Long communes (Muong Khuong) and the NTQC delegations of Lao Cai, Coc Leu, Duyen Hai wards (Lao Cai city) won the second prize for the whole delegation; the third prize for the whole delegation was awarded to the NTQC delegations of Nan San, Sin Chai communes, Si Ma Cai town (Si Ma Cai), Tung Chung Pho, Muong Khuong town (Muong Khuong), Ban Lau, Lung Vai (Muong Khuong).
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 12 First prizes, 12 Second prizes, 12 Third prizes and 12 Special prizes for outstanding performances and individuals.
