The 2nd Business & Investment Football Tournament, 2023 took place from May 12-14, 8 excellent teams were selected by the Organizing Committee to the final round, including: Ha Tinh Resident Press FC; Ha Tinh Provincial Police FC; BIDV Ha Tinh Bank FC; VPBank Ha Tinh Bank FC; Agribank Ha Tinh FC; Business and Investment Magazine FC; Hung Mo Quang Binh Company FC; Chau Tuan Ha Tinh Company FC.

The matches were exciting and attractive with fierce competition in terms of expertise. The later matches of the semi-finals and finals, the more fierce the competition, the more attractive it was, with a particularly exciting sporting atmosphere.
After nearly 3 days of competition, the tournament has officially ended. The Organizing Committee has awarded many prizes to the teams: VPBank Ha Tinh FC won the Championship Cup; the runner-up prize went to Ha Tinh Resident Press FC; Ha Tinh Provincial Police FC and Hung Mo Quang Binh Company FC shared the third prize.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded a number of other prizes: Outstanding Player: Nguyen Khanh Lam (FC Cong An Ha Tinh Province); Outstanding Goalkeeper: Nguyen Anh Tuan (FC VPBank Ha Tinh); Top Scorer: Nguyen Dang Hieu (FC BIDV Ha Tinh).
The runner-up position belongs to FC Ha Tinh Resident Press team.
