At Ba Ria Hospital ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau province), since the beginning of 2022, there has been a mass resignation of medical staff and doctors, causing the unit to fall into a serious shortage of personnel.
Specifically, 86 employees and civil servants quit their jobs, including 38 doctors, 26 nurses, and the rest were employees doing other jobs. Overall, Ba Ria Hospital is currently short of 218 employees compared to the assigned number.
