Secretary of Huong Tra Town Party Committee visits and presents gifts to households subject to temporary housing demolition

HNN.VN - On the afternoon of June 19, Mr. Tran Cong Phu - Secretary of Huong Tra Town Party Committee visited and presented gifts to a number of families who were supported to remove temporary and dilapidated houses in the area.

At the visited locations, Secretary of Huong Tra Town Party Committee Tran Cong Phu asked about the lives and health of the families, congratulated the households that had just received support to build new and repair solid houses, contributing to stabilizing their lives and presented practical gifts, demonstrating the care and support of the Party Committee, government and the Front in social security work.

In 2025, Huong Tra completed supporting 62 households of meritorious people, poor households, near-poor households and households with housing difficulties, of which 19 households built new houses, 43 households repaired, reaching 100% of the plan with a total implementation cost of 3,688 million VND, mobilized from many sources. Of which, the two communes of Binh Thanh and Binh Tien had a total of 12 households supported in this period (Binh Thanh 10 households, Binh Tien 2 households), including both new construction and repair.

"The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses not only helps households stabilize their housing, but also motivates them to improve their lives, contributing to effectively implementing the goal of sustainable poverty reduction and new rural construction," said Secretary of Huong Tra Town Party Committee.
