On the morning of January 14, Mr. Nguyen Van Nen, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, attended the ceremony to present the decision on the appointment of officials. At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee presented the decision to two personnel to be the Secretary of the District 3 Party Committee and the Secretary of the Phu Nhuan District Party Committee.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee mobilized, assigned, and appointed Ms. Nguyen Thanh Xuan, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, and President of the Ho Chi Minh City Farmers' Association, to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of District 3, term 2020-2025.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Xuan, born in 1981, is from Cu Chi district (HCMC). She has a Master's degree in Political Science, a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy, a Bachelor's degree in Rural Agriculture, and a Senior degree in Political Theory.
The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also mobilized, assigned, and appointed Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Phuong, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Phu Nhuan District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
