BIDV Gia Lai opens online public service agency

(GLO)- On the morning of July 29, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) Gia Lai Branch opened an online public service agency at its headquarters (No. 112 Le Loi, Pleiku Ward) and 5 transaction offices.

Specifically, the online public service agency model was jointly deployed by BIDV Gia Lai and Gia Lai Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Facility 2, at the head office (112 Le Loi, Pleiku Ward) and 5 transaction offices (PGD): Central PGD (04 Nguyen Van Troi, Pleiku Ward), Dak Doa PGD (232 Nguyen Hue, Dak Doa Commune), Phu Dong PGD (138 Le Duan, Pleiku Ward), Bac Gia Lai PGD (80 Truong Son, Thong Nhat Ward), Dong Gia Lai PGD (205 Do Trac, An Khe Ward).

According to Mr. Le Thanh Tinh - Deputy Director of BIDV Gia Lai, this model is a strong transformation in the process of administrative procedure reform, contributing to improving the quality of service for people and businesses, while promoting digital transformation in Gia Lai province.

Accordingly, BIDV Gia Lai cooperated with Gia Lai Provincial Public Administration Service Center, Branch 2, to deploy free online public service agents at 6 transaction points in the area to guide and support people and businesses to look up, access and use public administrative services on the online platform. People and businesses can go to BIDV Gia Lai transaction locations to receive support in performing online public services safely and effectively.
