The Priority Customer Department was established by BIDV Hai Duong from January 1, 2024, with the goal of building an ecosystem to increase satisfaction and long-term engagement with customers, especially high-end individual customers.
This is the first high-end personal customer room model, a transaction space dedicated to this customer group, and also the first service model in the Big 4 group (including Agribank , BIDV, Vietcombank, VietinBank) in the province.
Residents are customers of this room and receive comprehensive care, specialized advice with benefits, amenities, lifestyle experiences, and superior privileges.
Although the number of high-end individual customers of BIDV Hai Duong is currently only nearly 4,330 customers, equivalent to 1.84% of the total number of individual customers of the entire branch, it has made a great contribution to the unit's retail activities.
Previously, the premium personal customer service model was deployed by BIDV Hai Duong from October 2021 according to international standards.
