The report at the conference stated that in recent years, agencies and units in the Corps have linked the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Directive No. 87-CT/QUTW and Resolution No. 847-NQ/QUTW with the implementation of emulation movements, campaigns and concretization in the implementation of assigned political tasks. Every year, each individual registers to implement according to specific criteria and contents, close to the assigned responsibilities and tasks, creating high unity in awareness, ideology and action, and working methods throughout the Corps.

The organization of studying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, style and the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers is seriously and synchronously implemented throughout the Party and the Army Corps. Closely combine basic and continuingeducation , political study with traditional activities, exchanges, seminars, forums, and media organizations; through cultural institutions, implement the Day of Political Culture and Spirit, Party Day, Law Day... to ensure that 100% of the military is educated; 100% of annual test results meet requirements, with 80% or more being good or excellent.

Agencies and units concretize the content of Directive 05 into each task and responsibility of each individual such as: Saving costs in production and business; applying science and technology to increase productivity of orchards; innovating working methods and styles. Focusing on building a team of cadres, soldiers and workers who are strong in politics, ideology and ethics. Promoting the exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially cadres in charge at all levels with the motto "the superiors set an exemplary example, the subordinates actively follow", "Learning goes hand in hand with doing", "the superiors come first, the subordinates come later", "inside first, outside later"; "party members go first, the masses follow".

On this occasion, the Party Committee of Army Corps 15 awarded certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in Directive No. 05.
