Binh Duong: Hundreds of officials and civil servants attend online conference on testing digital platforms

At noon on June 25, hundreds of cadres, civil servants and public employees from communes and wards in Binh Duong attended an online conference to pilot digital platforms serving the two-level local government model in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the Binh Duong Provincial Administrative Center, there were Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee and leaders of departments, branches and units.

At many commune and ward connection points, there were comrades expected to take on the positions of Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune and ward levels, along with a large number of cadres and civil servants attending the conference.

Speaking at the conference at the Di An Ward Party Committee bridge, Comrade Vo Van Hong, Chairman of the Di An City People's Committee (assigned to the position of Secretary of the Di An Ward Party Committee) said that careful preparations had been made for the operation of the new ward level, in which the group of issues of special concern was the public administrative service center. As a result, after about 10 days of trial operation, about 4,000 records have been received and processed in all areas under its authority.

Many officials and civil servants of Di An ward attended the conference.

Regarding facilities, Di An ward has just been received from the previous City Party Committee and People's Committee to arrange the working headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Committee and political system. Up to now, the city's civil servants, public employees and workers are very excited to receive their duties at the new ward with high determination in carrying out their political tasks.

Di An Ward is the largest area in Binh Duong province with a very large population (about 227,000 people), is a key development area in the South of the province, and has a young and abundant labor force.

The leaders of Di An ward are determined to continue developing for the common good of the whole country, contributing to the success of the operation of the new ward and commune level and merging with Ho Chi Minh City.
