The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province has just issued a plan to implement the "Digital Education for All" movement in 2025 in the province. Thereby, helping the above subjects to access and utilize technology in life, improve labor productivity, create new job opportunities and form a community that adapts to digital transformation to promote the construction of digital government, develop the digital economy and digital society in the province.

Accordingly, there are 4 key tasks that need to be carried out: Propagating and disseminating to raise awareness about the importance of breakthroughs in science , technology, innovation and digital transformation for the country's development requirements in the current context; Deploying and popularizing the "Digital Popular Education" platform at https://binhdanhocvuso.gov.vn; Developing a digital platform to serve the implementation of the learning movement on knowledge of science, technology, innovation, creativity and digital transformation; and at the same time organizing "Digital Popular Education" classes.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Science and Technology to be the focal agency to advise and implement tasks related to the implementation of the "Digital Education for All" movement in 2025 in Binh Thuan province. Monitor, synthesize and evaluate the results of the implementation of this plan. Take the lead and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to advise the Provincial People's Committee to report on the implementation of tasks related to the "Digital Education for All" movement in 2025 as required by superior agencies.
