A source from Tuoi Tre Online said that BlackPink enjoyed pho and banh mi at Backstage restaurant - one of the restaurants in Hanoi that made it to the Michelin Selected list, this restaurant is located right in Capella Hanoi hotel (where the group stayed during their time in Hanoi).
The BlackPink girls chose beef pho for their meal alongside chicken pho and vegetarian pho.
Each bowl of pho at this restaurant costs 280,000 VND. The banh mi costs 260,000 VND/piece, with fillings including charcoal-grilled pork shoulder, chicken liver pate, pig ears, pickles, cucumbers, coriander and sambal chili sauce.
This bowl of Hanoi beef pho is cooked by artist Pham Thi Anh Tuyet - a famous culinary artist who is very passionate about Vietnamese pho. She is also a judge for many years in the contest "Finding the best pho cook" organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper.
