On December 9, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction issued Notice No. 11901/TB-SXD-QLCLXD on the results of the inspection of the completion of construction works. According to this notice, Block B of Conic Boulevard has been officially approved for acceptance after completing construction.
Conic Boulevard project is located on Huynh Ba Chanh street, Tan Kien town, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh city. The construction land area is 9,918m2 , 15 floors above ground, total construction floor area (including basement): 69,957m2 . Through the inspection and appraisal process, the Department of Construction has officially approved the results of the acceptance of the completion of construction of Block B apartment building, Conic Boulevard project.
In addition to the acceptance work, the Department of Construction also requires that when putting the project into operation, the investor is responsible for implementing the provisions in Clause 3, Article 23 of Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP dated January 26, 2021 of the Government, including detailed regulations on a number of contents related to quality management, construction and maintenance of construction works; At the same time, strictly comply with Clause 5, Article 11 of Decree No. 35/2023/ND-CP dated June 20, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decrees under the State management of the Ministry of Construction .

Regarding maintenance work, it is also clearly stipulated that the Investor is responsible for making a maintenance plan and organizing periodic maintenance for the project during exploitation and use according to the provisions of Section 2, Chapter III, Decree No. 06/2021/ND-CP.
The Department of Construction requests the Investor to continue to organize the management, operation and exploitation of the project in accordance with the design function approved by the competent authority in accordance with the provisions of law. At the same time, continue to maintain the fire safety conditions of the project that have been accepted during the operation and exploitation process and ensure compliance with the provisions of law on fire prevention and fighting, and prioritize environmental protection in accordance with the provisions of law during the operation, exploitation and use of the project.
According to the record, the Conic Boulevard project has also reached an important legal milestone when completing the entire process of fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) acceptance and technical infrastructure acceptance of Block A Conic Boulevard.
