On October 22, a working delegation of the Provincial Military Command led by Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee inspected the preparations for the regional defense exercise for the Regional Defense Command 1 - Van An.

After listening to the report of the Regional Defense Command Board 1 - Van An on the results of the planning, construction, and repair of the Regional Defense Exercise Command Center and determining the locations for field exercises, Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Defense Exercise Steering Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the planning work as well as the progress of construction and repair of items in the Command Center, determining the locations for field exercises in preparation for the regional defense exercise mission.

Agreeing with the proposal to adjust a number of items in the Exercise Command Center according to the recommendation of the Defense Command of Region 1 - Van An, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: In 2025, Nghe An was assigned by the Military Command of Military Region 4 to organize a regional defense exercise for the Defense Command of Region 1 - Van An to serve as a model and gain experience for deployment throughout the Military Region.

Based on the study of the directive documents of the Ministry of National Defense , Military Region 4 and the Provincial Military Command, in conjunction with the practical situation arising in the context of implementing a two-level government, the Defense Command of Region 1 - Van An needs to thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints and guidelines on building a national defense foundation in the current new situation to all officers and soldiers in their unit. Continue to do well all preparatory work, including speeding up the construction and repair of the exercise command post. The construction process must comply with regulations, ensuring the quality of the project and the element of secrecy.
