At the ceremony, delegates watched a report on the entire army responding to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025 and listened to a speech in response to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025 by the Provincial Military Command with the theme "Strengthening assessment, identifying hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene at the workplace".
Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Head of the Steering Committee for the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene requested agencies and units in the industry to focus on thoroughly grasping, researching and organizing the implementation of a number of contents such as: Continuing to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees and commanders at all levels, promoting the role of mass organizations to widely propagate and raise the sense of responsibility for all subjects in the entire agency and unit. Developing a specific and practical action program, linking activities of occupational safety and hygiene - fire prevention and fighting with the goal of the campaign "Managing and exploiting good, durable, safe, economical and traffic-safe technical equipment and weapons" of the Ministry of National Defense and the movement "Green - clean - beautiful - safe - occupational hygiene" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
At the same time, organize and implement exciting emulation actions, extensive propaganda campaigns on occupational safety and hygiene, to further raise awareness and compliance with occupational safety and hygiene laws, effectively implement the Law on Occupational Safety and Hygiene and its guiding documents. Promote knowledge training, safe working skills training, practical activities, handling technical incidents, first aid for occupational accidents; raise awareness and compliance with occupational safety and hygiene laws of each collective and individual in the unit; focus on investing and promoting measures to improve working conditions and the working environment so that everyone can work safely and prevent risks of occupational accidents and diseases.
Organize regular medical examinations and occupational disease detection examinations to promptly treat workers. The number of workers in units is guaranteed, equipped with sufficient personal protective equipment and ensuring proper and sufficient implementation of standards, compensation regimes for heavy and toxic work; special allowance regimes for subjects. Implement many policies and regimes, care for workers such as organizing rest, creating conditions for workers to recover their health, closely coordinate with local fire prevention and fighting forces to manage and promptly prevent, minimize the occurrence of fires and explosions./.
