The cargo transport force from Ho Chi Minh City took a souvenir photo with officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command.

The relief goods include clothes, blankets, drinking water, instant noodles, and some daily necessities. Immediately after receiving them, the Provincial Military Command mobilized officers and soldiers to coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Volunteer Force and local authorities to urgently distribute them to the damaged areas. The work of receiving and distributing relief goods was carried out according to the motto "fast - correct - sufficient - directly to the people", prioritizing deeply flooded areas, isolated areas and households with heavy damage.
