According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, pursuant to Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Public Security organizes to collect public opinions on the consideration of commendation for the following individuals:

Awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to Lieutenant Colonel To Quang Minh - Head of the Department of Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control Guidance, Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security.

The Ministry of Public Security stated that people's opinions on the consideration of rewards for the above individuals should be sent to the email address: hoidapphapluat@mps.gov.vn within 10 days from June 28, 2024.
