Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the program. Attending the program were Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police Department; Ambassadors, Deputy Ambassadors, representatives of law enforcement agencies of countries in Vietnam and international organizations; leaders of some professional units of the Ministry of Public Security.

At the Tan Trao National Special Relic Site and the Central Police Department Historical Relic Site, the delegation offered incense and flowers to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs of the People's Public Security. At the same time, they reviewed the 80-year tradition of building, fighting and growing up of the People's Public Security Force, the 20-year National Day for National Security Protection and the great contributions of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force in the cause of national liberation struggle and the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
