Organizing propaganda against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing at border control stations; strictly maintaining the 24/7 administrative monitoring center for fishing vessels, promptly detecting and reminding many fishing vessels showing signs of crossing the border.

Directed units of officers, soldiers and mobilized fishermen to participate in search and rescue, rescued 50 drifting crew members and brought them safely to shore and supported the ship owner to overcome the consequences. Participated in coordinating with local authorities to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. Mobilized to donate 23 solidarity houses, gave 405 gifts to poor households and policy families, supported 38 students in the program "Helping children go to school - Adopted children of Border Guard Station", total value of nearly 1.5 billion VND.

At the conference, the Provincial Border Guard Command awarded certificates of merit to 45 collectives and 129 individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2025 Emulation Movement.
