The Ministry of Education and Training issued a draft Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of a number of Circulars of the Minister of Education and Training on the field of generaleducation when organizing two-level local governments. Accordingly, the amended and supplemented Circulars include:
Circular No. 09/2021/TT-BGDDT dated March 30, 2021 of the Minister of Education and Training regulating the management and organization of online teaching and learning in general education institutions and continuing education institutions.
Circular No. 27/2020/TT-BGDDT dated September 4, 2020 of the Minister of Education and Training regulating the assessment of primary school students.
Circular No. 28/2020/TT-BGDDT dated September 4, 2020 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Charter of Primary Schools.
Circular No. 07/2016/TT-BGDDT dated March 22, 2016 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulates the conditions for ensuring and the content, process and procedures for testing and recognizing the achievement of universal education and illiteracy eradication standards.
Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT dated December 30, 2024 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating regulations on extra teaching and learning.
Circular No. 03/2018/TT-BGDDT dated January 29, 2018 of the Minister of Education and Training regulating inclusive education for people with disabilities.
