( Bqp.vn ) - On the morning of November 7, in Hanoi, the inspection delegation of the Ministry of National Defense led by Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee for administrative reform and digital transformation of the Ministry of National Defense, inspected the administrative reform (AR) and digital transformation (DCT) work at the Department of Military Science.
Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh chaired the inspection.
The report at the inspection session showed that, in the past time, the administrative reform and digital transformation work of the Military Science Department has always closely followed the direction of the Central Military Commission, the Steering Committee for Administrative Reform and Digital Transformation of the Ministry of National Defense; the Party Committee and the command of the Department have always paid attention, led, directed, and promoted the role of the heads of agencies and units. Notably, it has built institutions, drafted legal documents, and managed the Military Digital Library and the MISTEN network, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency in management, command, and operation activities at all levels.

Internal administrative procedure reform has focused on reviewing and promulgating internal processes to shorten the time to handle work, creating convenience for agencies and units; at the same time, promoting personal digital signature, sending and receiving documents, and managing work records in the electronic environment...

Speaking at the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh highly appreciated the results of administrative reform and digital transformation work of the Department of Military Science achieved in the past time, and at the same time requested the Department of Military Science to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the directives, programs, plans, and guiding documents of the Government and the Ministry of National Defense on administrative reform and digital transformation work and effectively implement them, close to the situation and tasks of the unit. Review and accelerate the implementation of the contents and tasks of administrative reform and digital transformation assigned in the plans and projects of the Ministry of National Defense, the direction of the Head of the Ministry of National Defense and the targets identified in the relevant plans. Continue to further promote information and propaganda work, making all cadres and employees in the agency deeply aware of administrative reform and digital transformation, so that they can apply it closely to practical work, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of administrative reform and digital transformation work in the field of military science in general and in the functional activities of the Department of Military Science in particular.
