Supplementing the planning of the 14th Central Executive Committee at the 11th Central Conference

On the afternoon of March 24, the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies held a conference to disseminate and implement the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee.

At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Phan Thang An presented the topic "Main contents of Conclusion No. 126 dated February 14 of the Politburo and Conclusion No. 127 dated February 28 of the Politburo and Secretariat; tasks set for Party Committees of Central Party agencies".

Mr. An said that, up to now, along with Conclusions 126 and 127, the Politburo and the Secretariat have issued Conclusions 128 and 129. The Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution 18 has also just issued Official Dispatch No. 43 outlining many specific tasks for implementation. Currently, agencies according to their functions and tasks are implementing them very vigorously.

Regarding the tasks of the Central Organizing Committee, the Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee said that in Official Dispatch No. 43, the Central Organizing Committee was also assigned to take the lead in implementing the task of advising on the direction of personnel work for the 14th Party Congress. At the same time, reviewing and supplementing the planning of the 14th Central Executive Committee, reporting to the Politburo, and submitting to the Central Executive Committee at the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

At the same time, the Central Organizing Committee was also assigned to research and complete the project on the Party organization system at the local, provincial and grassroots levels; complete the draft regulations of the Central Executive Committee on the implementation of the Party Charter; complete the draft amendments and supplements to Directive 35 and Conclusion 118 of the Politburo on congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

According to Mr. An, the Central Organizing Committee is synthesizing opinions of relevant agencies and units on these issues.

In addition, the Central Organizing Committee also synthesizes the projects of the Government Party Committee; the National Assembly Party Committee; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, the Central mass organizations; the Supreme People's Court Party Committee; the Supreme People's Procuracy Party Committee to report to the Politburo and submit to the Central Executive Committee at the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Mr. An informed that Official Dispatch 43 assigned the National Assembly Party Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Government Party Committee to receive opinions to review and complete the project to amend and supplement a number of articles of the Constitution; institutional improvement work; amendment of legal provisions...

Specifically, the Government Party Committee was assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee to receive opinions to complete the submission on the project to rearrange and reorganize administrative units at all levels and build a 2-level local government organization model.

Mr. An said that according to Official Dispatch 43, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central mass organizations will preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the report and project to arrange and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, etc.

These contents, Mr. An said, will be reported to the Politburo tomorrow, March 25, then completed to report to the Central Executive Committee.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee also informed that there will be a national conference and necessary activities to disseminate and implement the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Executive Committee and relevant documents on continuing to reorganize and streamline the apparatus; proactively and promptly propagandize and create consensus and unity throughout society.
