Minister Nguyen Manh Hung spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Nguyen Manh Hung expressed his emotion and gratitude to those who "volunteered" to leave their positions at the peak of their careers. This is not just saying goodbye to a title or an organization, but saying goodbye to specific people - companions who have overcome many hardships to build the industry from the early days.

According to the Minister, the decision to leave before the age of majority is not an easy choice. It requires courage, selflessness and a sense of responsibility. Staying to continue contributing is difficult, but leaving to create development space for the successor is even more difficult. Each choice has its own loss and meaning.

The Minister emphasized that, even though they no longer hold public office, the cadres will always be an inseparable part of the Ministry of Science and Technology. They may leave their positions, but they will never leave the value they have contributed. What they left behind will still be there - in the memories of their colleagues, in the traditions of their units, and in the future progress of the industry.

The Minister expressed his sincere thanks for your patience and responsibility during these difficult times. Thank you for your kindness, humility, and spirit of setting an example for the next generation. The Minister hopes that the officials will continue to follow the industry, share valuable experiences, and enjoy a new, peaceful and fulfilling life with their families.

"The end is not the end but the beginning of something new, a new page, a new journey, a new job, a new experience, a new life." The Minister sent best wishes to the officials on the new journey, and at the same time advised: Let's move forward with a positive, proactive and enthusiastic spirit, because life is an endless flow - we should only stop when nature forces us to stop, otherwise we should always move forward.
