The above announcement is made by the Ministry of Justice in accordance with Decree No. 09/2017/ND-CP dated February 9, 2017 of the Government detailing the statements and provision of information to the press by state administrative agencies, the Regulations on statements and provision of information to the press of the Ministry of Justice and the Civil Judgment Enforcement System of the Minister of Justice.

Previously, on August 1, 2023, the Ministry of Justice announced and awarded the Decision appointing comrade Do Xuan Quy, Deputy Chief of the Ministry's Office, to hold the position of Chief of the Ministry's Office.
At the same time, the Decision on transferring Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hoan, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Justice to work at the Department of Administrative Violations and Law Enforcement Monitoring was handed over and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Administrative Violations and Law Enforcement Monitoring, Ministry of Justice from August 1, 2023.
