The parade and march in the celebration of the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at Ba Dinh Square ( Hanoi ) is highly anticipated by many people.
Right from the first days of the rehearsal, the final rehearsal to the official ceremony, there will be many people lining up on both sides of the streets to watch, so when participating, people need to equip themselves with the necessary skills to take good care of their health in crowded places.
Dr. Ha Anh Duc - Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management ( Ministry of Health ) recommends that when participating in a large-scale event like this, people must first be aware and responsible for themselves, then be aware of the community.
"We recommend that people install the A80 application on their smartphones to know the location of medical staff on duty. Because medical staff are distributed evenly from the center of Ba Dinh to the wards and communes, where people from the localities stand to cheer on the parades and marches passing by..." The Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management pointed out.
For the elderly, those with one or more underlying diseases, the advice is that each person should find suitable locations to watch the parade, parade or stay home to listen to the radio, watch TV. Because if the weather is hot and you have to go out very early and come back very late, it can affect your health.
For people with chronic diseases who must comply with treatment, if they are taking medication, they must ensure they take the full dose.
Mr. Duc said that if people are healthy enough to go out, they should try to drink enough water and have equipment to protect themselves from the sun and rain. If they feel signs of declining health, they should ask for support from the authorities, try to leave crowded places early and proactively ensure their health in all situations.
The Ministry of Health is working closely with relevant agencies, especially Hanoi, to monitor the number of people returning to the capital on September 2. In the central area, there will be more than 30,000 people participating in A80 at Ba Dinh Square and it is expected that millions of people will be on the streets to welcome the country's important event./.
