Ministry of Health warns of fake documents related to health station functions

The Ministry of Health warns about fake documents related to the functions and tasks of health stations, and recommends that people and agencies check official information to avoid errors.

On the afternoon of August 15, the Ministry of Health issued a warning about fake documents related to the functions and tasks of commune and ward health stations.

According to the Ministry of Health , recently, on some social networking sites, document No. 2830/2025/TT-BYT, dated August 10, 2025, with the title "Circular guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Commune, Ward and Special Zone Health Stations of provinces and centrally run cities" has appeared.

After reviewing, the Ministry of Health confirmed that there is no such document in the Ministry's legal document system. This is a fake document, illegally using the form, signature and seal to spread false information.

This behavior violates the law, seriously affects the reputation of state management agencies and can cause negative impacts on the operations of the health sector.

The Ministry of Health recommends that agencies, organizations, units and people only use and quote official documents posted on the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal.

In case of detecting any unusual signs in the document, promptly contact the Ministry of Health or notify the competent authorities for verification and handling, and avoid sharing and spreading unverified information.

The Ministry of Health is coordinating with relevant agencies to investigate, verify and strictly handle this counterfeiting act according to the provisions of law./.
