Decision No. 4005, the Minister of Health appointed Mr. Do Trung Hung - Deputy Director in charge of the Legal Department, Ministry of Health to hold the position of Director of the Legal Department. Mr. Hung's term of office is 5 years.

In Decision No. 3889, the Minister of Health appointed Mr. Duong Huy Luong - Head of the Department of Quality Management and Line Guidance, Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management, Ministry of Health to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management. Mr. Luong's term of office is 5 years.

In Decision No. 4179, the Minister of Health appointed Mr. Pham Vu Hoang - Deputy Director General in charge of management and operation of the General Department of Population and Family Planning, Ministry of Health to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Population, Ministry of Health and assigned Mr. Pham Vu Hoang to be in charge of management and operation of the Department of Population from November 10, 2023 until the position of Director of the Department of Population is completed. Mr. Hoang's term of office is 5 years.

The Minister of Health reappointed Mr. Tong Tran Ha - Deputy Director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health, Ministry of Health to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health.
