Training in multimedia journalism production skills on electronic newspapers

During 2 days (June 23-24), the Center for Journalism Training - Vietnam Journalists Association organized a training course on producing multimedia journalism works on electronic newspapers for editors and reporters of 15 press agencies in Hanoi and some northern provinces.

Trainees were informed by journalist Tran Hong Van, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Moi Newspaper's Electronic Department, about the process of producing multimedia journalism works and the current trend of updating public information in order to make appropriate changes, helping to increase the attractiveness and views of each type of journalism. In addition, journalist Hoang Duc Long, Head of the Political and Social Information Department, VNA, also instructed trainees on techniques for filming and editing videos on smartphones.

The trainees actively participated in practicing multimedia journalism production right in the training class. Through this, reporters and editors mastered basic skills and knowledge to apply in the working process.
