3rd runner-up My Anh to attend Miss Earth 2025 instead of Tram Anh and Thien Huong
Mr. Pham Duy Khanh, Head of the Miss Earth Vietnam Organizing Committee, said that Trinh My Anh (3rd Runner-up) will be Vietnam's representative to attend Miss Earth 2025 instead of Ngo Thi Tram Anh (Miss), Bui Ly Thien Huong (1st Runner-up) as many people expected.
According to Mr. Khanh, choosing My Anh was not only because she is a young face but also because of her intelligence, progressive spirit and good performance in the competition.
Regarding Tram Anh, Mr. Khanh said that she is a new face who needs more time to improve herself. Regarding Thien Huong, Mr. Khanh affirmed that Thien Huong's journey to Miss Earth Vietnam 2025 as the first runner-up is worthy. The organizing committee committed that in 2026, Thien Huong will participate in an international competition.

When asked about her feelings, My Anh shared: "Honestly, when I knew I would represent Vietnam in Miss Earth 2025, I was surprised and a little scared. I am young and competing internationally for the first time. I know that I only have a very short time, although I have some English and some pretty good skills, I will definitely have to start over from the beginning."
Trinh My Anh answered the question in English:
Resolving Controversies About Exam Results and Grading Process
Regarding the suspicions of interference in the results and "prize-buying" at Miss Earth Vietnam 2025, Mr. Pham Duy Khanh affirmed: "If I were the one who could interfere with the results, I would choose Bui Ly Thien Huong. That is what I want most. The final score results from beginning to end are decided by the final jury."
Mr. Khanh further explained: "The judges in Vietnam all have different opinions when choosing. The responsibility here is to choose the girl who is suitable for Vietnamese culture, identity and people. I only intervene in who will compete internationally."

Regarding the suspicion that contestants know the behavioral questions in advance, Mr. Khanh explained: "In every competition in Vietnam, contestants have a set of questions that they have learned. The Top 5 will have a set of 5-10 questions depending on the competition. If she really knows them by heart, Tram Anh will do better. You answer in your own way, but how you convey it on stage is another matter."
Mr. Khanh also admitted that there was a problem with Tram Anh's makeup in the final night: "You were a bit reckless, so you changed your whole face and appearance, making your image decline."
Regarding the mixed opinions on social networks, Mr. Khanh shared: "A contest will never satisfy all audiences, as long as everything is reasonable. We have to see what is reasonable first, then the audience because the final person responsible is us, not the audience."
Top 4's reaction to the final result
Miss Ngo Thi Tram Anh admitted that she read many negative comments after the coronation night but used them to improve herself. Tram Anh shared: "With a month of accompanying the contest, I never thought I would achieve the highest position. The most memorable moment was the coronation, when I touched the crown, I was really nervous."
First runner-up Bui Ly Thien Huong expressed: "If I said I had no regrets, I would be lying. Anyone who comes to any beauty contest always wants to win first prize. But everything has the most suitable arrangement and I feel happy with the efforts I have made."
Mr. Khanh shared: "Not every girl who is crowned thinks about going international. We all have different opportunities to develop. With Linh Dan, you want to follow the path of a professional actress and we always support you."
Regarding concerns that My Anh does not have much experience, Mr. Khanh committed: "From now until October-November, the company has enough experience to train and develop the image of the representative to compete internationally. By November, My Anh will be the best version of herself."
