My picture has the theme "Mother's Weekend". I drew my mother cleaning while my two children were eating deliciously. My mother always endures hardships and difficulties to give us the best things. I did not expect my picture to win first prize. I am very happy, I will give this meaningful gift to my mother. I hope my mother will always be healthy and accompany me", said Tran Gia Bao.

Boundless happiness was immediately shown on his face, Mr. Tran Van Tuan, father of Tran Giao Bao, revealed: "Neither my husband nor I are into art, but we were very surprised to see our child's passion for painting.
"I have loved drawing since grade 1, but it was not until grade 4 that my family officially invested in sending me to extra classes. At the end of 2023, I registered for a drawing competition and won third prize at the district level. Around September, when I heard about the "Mother's Children Grow Up" drawing competition, I confided in my mother and art teacher that I would register for this competition.
My child drew pictures in class and did not bring them home, so my family did not know what he drew. The teacher helped him register and submit his entries. When he won the prize, my parents found out and were extremely surprised. Through this, I also thank the organizers of the contest for helping my child gain more knowledge and understand more about the love parents have for their children," said Mr. Tuan.
Talking more about his son and his family's parenting philosophy, Mr. Tuan said: "The family does not put pressure on him. He just needs to try to be in the top group according to his ability. In the evening, after eating, at around 7:30 p.m., the children sit at their desks and study by themselves, then go to bed at around 10 p.m. Gia Bao has a decisive, neat, self-conscious, and proactive personality. When he goes to school, he often asks his mother to take him early to wait for the teacher, and he is never late for school. In the afternoon, after school, he takes his exercise bike and then it's time to go home for dinner. After he wins this prize, his parents will invest more in him to satisfy his passion."
