Beef dipped in vinegar

With 4.6/5 stars, beef hotpot with vinegar is a Vietnamese dish highly rated by famous culinary sites, ranked 8th on the list.

"This is a type of hot pot, consisting of a broth that is sour from vinegar, sweet from coconut water, fragrant from lemongrass, onions and other spices.

When the broth is cooked on the stove, diners will take turns dropping in sliced beef and vegetables. People also add shrimp, squid, and other seafood to the hot pot to dip and eat," Taste Atlas describes.

According to experts and readers of Taste Atlas , rice paper and delicious fish sauce are also considered factors that contribute to making the beef dipped in vinegar more complete.

Three other Vietnamese dishes made from beef, including shaking beef, stewed beef, and beef wrapped in betel leaves, also appeared on the list, at positions 32, 59, and 76, respectively.

Meanwhile, two prominent representatives made from Vietnamese pork are braised pork (79th) and vermicelli with grilled pork (93rd).

Bun cha is increasingly popular with foreign tourists when they come to Hanoi.

Bun cha is praised by Taste Atlas as a "symphony" of flavors with the freshness of vermicelli, raw vegetables served with the fragrant aroma of charcoal grilled pork.

Founded in 2015, Taste Atlas (headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia) is known as a map that brings together traditional dishes from around the world .

According to Matija Babić, founder of Taste Atlas, the food and beverage rankings are based on opinions and reviews from experts and food critics to ensure the reliability of the awards.
