The program consists of two main training courses: "B2B Sales Training at Vietnam Post " and "Quickwin Course - Enhancing B2B Sales Performance in Postal and Delivery Services". The training program is organized in a hybrid format, combining in-person (250 participants) and online (1,850 participants) sessions via video conferencing and Zoom, making it convenient for all leaders and sales staff at departments/centers, member units, and provincial/city/central post offices nationwide to participate. Notably, the program will be directly taught and conducted by Mr. Le Quoc Anh, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation.

Specifically, the "B2B Sales Training Course at Vietnam Post" is designed to help leaders and sales forces understand the B2B business model, master the sales process, and effectively apply it to postal delivery, distribution, and postal finance. The training content includes important topics such as: an overview of B2B sales, case studies on organizing sales teams, building sales scenarios by sector, designing sales kits for customer outreach, managing revenue targets, and planning customer conferences.
Simultaneously, the "Quickwin Course - Enhancing B2B Sales Performance in Postal and Delivery Services" was developed to identify and improve the ability to approach Key Account customers, helping leaders and sales staff master the B2B sales process and increase conversion rates, and practice practical sales techniques according to the B2B model. The main content of the course includes: training in Key Account sales mindset; transitioning from B2C to B2B sales; techniques for identifying, approaching, and persuading Key Account customers; sales practice & personal feedback.
