Implementing the Government's direction in Resolution No. 380/NQ-CP dated November 25, 2025 on solutions to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and restore production in localities in the Central region and Official Dispatch No. 3145/BHXH-TCKT dated November 27, 2025 of Vietnam Social Security on the payment of 3 months of pension and social insurance benefits (December 2025, January and February 2026); Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Lam Dong and Khanh Hoa Provincial Post Offices have arranged adequate human resources and facilities to organize accurate, safe, fast and timely payments to beneficiaries.

At the pension payment point of the Tan Lap Ward Party Committee Hall, Dak Lak Province, there were many pensioners chatting and waiting for their turn to receive their pensions. Many people could not hide their joy when holding their pensions for three consecutive months in their hands.
Ms. Le Thi Nu (living on Hung Vuong Street, Tan Lap Ward) emotionally shared: "After the flood, receiving 3 months' salary at once like this is very timely for us people to soon stabilize our lives and prepare for the New Year", Ms. Nu excitedly shared.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung, Director of Dak Lak Provincial Post Office, said: In the payment period of December 2025, the Provincial Post Office made payments to 24,125 beneficiaries across the area with a total payment amount of nearly 352 billion VND.
After the recent flood, some areas have not yet fully recovered, and some places have not been able to contact beneficiaries. The unit has urgently coordinated with localities to review the subjects and update information, ensuring that beneficiary information is updated fully and promptly. Thereby, ensuring the best interests of beneficiaries, paying the right person, the right amount, and the right subject. Before the payment, the Post Office also coordinated with localities and residential groups to widely inform about the specific payment schedule of each area as well as the Post Office's contact points so that people can easily contact when they need support.

Payment points are all located in convenient locations such as Post Offices, Commune Post Offices - Cultural Houses, Cultural Houses, Ward/Commune People's Committees, etc., with spacious, clean and tidy facilities. To ensure the best service, each payment point is arranged with at least two employees with full chairs, fans, drinking water, newspapers, etc. to help beneficiaries feel satisfied and comfortable when receiving the regime. According to the plan, Dak Lak Provincial Post Office will focus on making payments at the payment points until December 7, 2025. After this time, beneficiaries can go directly to the Central Post Offices, post offices, and Commune Post Offices - Cultural Houses in the area to receive.
In addition to payment at points, for beneficiaries who are elderly, unable to travel, and do not have a designated recipient, the Post Office will make payments at home. The Post Office's payment staff are experienced and have a good understanding of the area, so they can easily grasp the beneficiary's address to serve at home.

In Lam Dong, Lam Dong Provincial Post Office has arranged 296 payment points throughout the province. Each payment point publicly posts the list of monthly pension and social insurance beneficiaries, and notifies them of social insurance regimes so that beneficiaries are aware. In the payment period of December 2025, Lam Dong Provincial Post Office will make payments to 14,799 beneficiaries in the area, of which 142 beneficiaries will be paid at home. The total amount of pension and social insurance benefits paid during the period is 253.3 billion VND. It is expected that direct payments at the points will last until December 10, 2025.
With good experience in paying pensions and social security policies, along with the commitment and responsibility to the community, in recent times, the payment of social security policies of Vietnam Post has received the support of beneficiaries and local authorities due to the professionalism, dedicated and thoughtful service attitude of the payment team. The payment of benefits is in accordance with regulations, public and transparent in implementing the payment policy. The payment schedule is made within a fixed time each month and is notified to each beneficiary. Payment is made on time, to the right beneficiary, and in the right amount according to the payment list provided by the social insurance agency.
