People can contribute their opinions to the Draft Documents of the 14th Congress at the Commune Cultural Post Office.

Vietnam Post was assigned to carry out the task of distributing Nhan Dan Newspaper and propaganda publications, helping people have access to, research and contribute opinions to the Draft documents of the 14th National Congress.

In accordance with Document No. 18272-CV dated October 14, 2025, from the Central Party Office regarding the publication of a special supplement in Nhan Dan Newspaper titled "Announcing the full text of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party" (24 pages), Vietnam Post Corporation has simultaneously organized transportation to ensure the supplement reaches readers nationwide in a timely manner.

In the second phase of distribution, the supplement continued to be implemented by Vietnam Post in coordination with Nhan Dan Newspaper at 7,461 commune-level cultural post offices nationwide.

On October 28th, the Vietnam Post Corporation, in coordination with the Nhan Dan Newspaper, distributed a supplement titled "Full Text of Draft Documents to be Submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam" and several special publications of the Nhan Dan Newspaper to the Dong Du Cultural Post Office (Bat Trang commune, Hanoi ); the Da Trach Cultural Post Office and the Hong Nam Cultural Post Office (Hung Yen province).

Introducing to readers and local people present at the Cultural Post Offices the Party's policy in announcing the draft documents to be submitted to the upcoming 14th National Congress, the General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation, Mr. Chu Quang Hao, emphasized: "As the national postal enterprise with a public postal network of more than 13,000 service points, Vietnam Post is tasked with distributing the Nhan Dan Newspaper and other propaganda publications, helping people to access, study, and contribute opinions to the draft documents."

Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Le Quoc Minh, together with General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation Chu Quang Hao, introduced to the people the Draft Document of the 14th Party Congress and some special publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper.

General Director Chu Quang Hao stated that through the Cultural Post Offices in communes, Vietnam Post will become a bridge to listen to the opinions, thoughts, and suggestions of people in all regions regarding the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress, and at the same time, it will be a place to receive, synthesize, and forward those valuable opinions to Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Central Committee.

Inspecting the implementation and distributing the supplementary copies of the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress, Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, and Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - highly appreciated the effectiveness of the coordination with Vietnam Post Corporation in bringing the draft documents to cultural post offices nationwide, creating favorable conditions in terms of infrastructure so that all citizens can easily access them.

The Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper emphasized that, in order for the people nationwide to thoroughly study and understand the Draft Document of the 14th Party Congress, the publication of the document in printed form is extremely important. The printed supplement also includes a QR code that people can scan to directly contribute their opinions to the document through a digital platform.

Experiencing the reading of the Draft Document of the 14th Party Congress right at the local Post Office - Cultural Center, Mr. Hoang Van Khoa (Bat Trang commune, Hanoi) commented that this is a breakthrough for Vietnam Post and Nhan Dan Newspaper in bringing the Draft to not only Party members but also to all people nationwide.

By being released in print, the document can be more easily studied by the public, especially by the elderly, whose eyesight may be impaired and who may find it difficult to use mobile devices to read the full text of the Draft.

Furthermore, when visiting the Cultural Post Office to read and study the Draft, people can easily exchange ideas with other party members and the general public about new points, breakthroughs, or offer additional suggestions on the Draft.
