People can contribute their opinions to the Draft Documents of the 14th Congress at the Commune Cultural Post Office.

Pursuant to Document No. 18272-CV dated October 14, 2025 of the Party Central Office on Nhan Dan Newspaper publishing a special supplement "Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party" (24 pages), Vietnam Post Corporation has simultaneously organized transportation to promptly deliver the supplement to readers nationwide.

In the second release, the supplement continues to be deployed by Vietnam Post in coordination with Nhan Dan Newspaper at 7,461 Cultural Post Offices nationwide.

On October 28, Vietnam Post Corporation also coordinated with Nhan Dan Newspaper to present the supplement "Announcing the full text of the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party" and some special publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper to the Dong Du Commune Cultural Post Office (Bat Trang Commune, Hanoi City); Da Trach Commune Cultural Post Office and Hong Nam Commune Cultural Post Office (Hung Yen Province).

Introducing to readers and local people present at the Cultural Post Offices the Party's policy in announcing the Draft documents to be submitted to the upcoming 14th Congress, General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation - Mr. Chu Quang Hao emphasized: "With the role of a national postal enterprise with a public postal network of more than 13,000 service points, Vietnam Post is assigned to carry out the task of distributing Nhan Dan Newspaper and propaganda publications, helping people have the conditions to access, research and contribute opinions to the Draft documents."

Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper Le Quoc Minh and General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation Chu Quang Hao introduced to the people the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress and some special publications of Nhan Dan Newspaper.

General Director Chu Quang Hao said that through the Commune Cultural Post Office, Vietnam Post will become a bridge to listen to opinions, thoughts and suggestions of people in all regions on the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th Party Congress, and at the same time be a place to receive, synthesize and transfer those valuable opinions to Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Central Government.

Inspecting the implementation and presenting the supplement of the Draft documents to the 14th Congress, Mr. Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission highly appreciated the effectiveness of the coordination with Vietnam Post Corporation in bringing the Draft to Cultural Post Offices nationwide, creating favorable conditions in terms of facilities for all people to easily access.

The Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper emphasized that in order for people across the country to be able to study and thoroughly understand the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress, the publication of the document in printed form is extremely important. The supplement published in printed form also has a QR code so that people can scan the code, thereby directly contributing comments to the document through the digital platform.

Experiencing reading the Draft Documents of the 14th Party Congress right at the local Post Office - Cultural Commune, Mr. Hoang Van Khoa (Bat Trang Commune, Hanoi) commented that this is a breakthrough for Vietnam Post as well as Nhan Dan Newspaper in bringing the Draft to not only party members but also to all people across the country.

Released in printed form, people can study the document more easily, especially the elderly, whose eyesight is poor and it is difficult to use mobile devices to read the full text of the Draft.

In addition, when coming to the Cultural Post Office to read and study the Draft, people can easily exchange with other party members and the masses about new points, breakthroughs or give additional comments on the Draft./.
