On December 14th, the social welfare program "Touching, Sharing, Giving Hope," organized by the Vietnam National Payment Corporation (NAPAS), Mastercard, and Vietnam Community Online Services Joint Stock Company (Payoo), held a ceremony to present free screenings for three common cancers in women: breast, cervical, and ovarian cancer – along with HPV virus testing – to vulnerable women.
2,010 screening slots were allocated to the Vietnam Women's Union (1,000 slots) and the Youth Union of the Management Board of Export Processing Zones and Industrial Parks of Ho Chi Minh City (1,010 slots) to be distributed directly to vulnerable women working in export processing zones and industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi , Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, and self-employed women from other provinces living and working in these localities.
Following the ceremony, 400 women will receive cancer screening services at Hanoi Medical University Hospital. The remaining beneficiaries will be screened sequentially from December 2025 to the end of January 2026 at the following hospitals: Thanh Nhan Hospital, the Clinic of Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, and Gia Dinh People's Hospital.
In addition to providing free screening packages, the program also organized an online seminar titled "Early Cancer Screening - A Proactive Journey for Health," with the participation of medical experts, inspirational representatives, and beneficiaries of the program. The seminar attracted over 2 million views across digital platforms, providing authentic medical knowledge and spreading a positive message about early cancer detection, while inspiring hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese women to live healthy, compassionate lives and proactively take care of their health.

In addition, the "Zero-Cost Stall" initiative continues to be implemented in hospitals, providing essential necessities such as rice, cooking oil, fish sauce, salt, shampoo, and shower gel to support daily life and alleviate financial worries for the beneficiary women.
Sharing his thoughts on the program's significance, Mr. Nguyen Dang Hung, Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Payment Corporation (NAPAS), stated that the three-year journey of partnering with Payoo and Mastercard in the "Touching, Sharing, Giving Hope" program has affirmed NAPAS's commitment to sustainable development linked to contributing to the community. In particular, the signing of the cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Women's Union for the period 2025-2030 further strengthens our long-term orientation in activities aimed at women.
With the joint efforts of NAPAS, Mastercard, and Payoo, the "Touch and Share, Give Hope 2025" campaign has yielded tangible results. The three organizations are committed to maintaining their long-term efforts and expanding programs aimed at caring for and supporting disadvantaged women in the coming years, contributing to building a civilized, kind, and compassionate society.
