Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Tri Thuc, Deputy Minister of Health, has just signed Decision No. 3824/QD-BYT revoking the Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmaceutical Business No. 802/DKKDD-BYT dated January 27, 2023, of Binh Minh Pharmaceutical Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
The registered address on the Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmaceutical Business is: 40 Nguyen Gian Thanh, Booth Q1 (ground floor, 1st floor and the entire 2nd floor), Ward 15, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
The person responsible for pharmaceutical expertise is Ms. Ngo Thuy Duong, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Pharmaceutical Practice Certificate No.: 5150/HCM-CCHND issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health on December 29, 2015; scope of business: Export and import of pharmaceuticals.
The Ministry of Health stated that the reason for revoking the Certificate of Eligibility for Pharmaceutical Business was that the company had submitted a written notice to cease its pharmaceutical business operations.
This decision takes effect from December 11, 2025. Decision No. 222/QD-BYT dated January 27, 2023 of the Minister of Health on granting a certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business to Binh Minh Pharmaceutical Import-Export Joint Stock Company is hereby repealed.
