All 3 Robocon MITC teams excelled in the final round of the Vietnam Robot Competition 2025

After intense and thrilling matches in the preliminary round, all 3 Robocon teams of the Central Industry and Trade College (MITC) won the right to enter the final round of the Vietnam Robot Creation Contest 2025. The qualifying round had 61 teams from 19 universities and colleges nationwide.

With the theme “Breaking Through Basketball Robot”, this year’s competition requires teams to not only have solid robot building techniques, but also smart tactics and flexible control. The MITC team made a strong impression with their robot that could move smoothly, pass the ball accurately and score from many distances, with long-range baskets that made the audience cheer non-stop.

In addition to technical ability, the MITC team also scored points with the spirit of solidarity, composure in each match and the professional demeanor and bravery of digital age engineering students. This is the third time the MITC team has participated in the national Robocon finals.

Nguyen Hoang Vien, programming and circuit advisor of the MITC Robocon teams, shared: “This is a great source of pride for the whole team. Not just a competition, Robocon has become a place for MITC students to promote their creativity, apply practical knowledge and practice team spirit. When the team was announced as a finalist, the whole team was overwhelmed with emotion. It was an unforgettable moment - because it was the result of many sleepless nights, perseverance and tireless efforts.”

All 3 MITC teams are urgently preparing for the upcoming final match with great determination. The final round will take place on the evening of June 8, at Ninh Binh Stadium.
