The national walking event “Moving Forward with Vietnam” is a large-scale community event with profound political and social significance, taking place in the context of the country entering a new development stage with the rearrangement of administrative units. The activity received the simultaneous participation of 34 provinces and cities with 3,321 communes, wards and administrative special zones nationwide.
At the Ca Mau province bridge, there were more than 5,000 cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, union members, youth,... in the province participating in the response.
Broadcast live from the Central bridge, at Tran Hung Dao Street Square, Tan Thanh Ward, Ca Mau Province, provincial leaders and participating forces turned to the historic Ba Dinh Square to watch the national flag raising ceremony, sang the National Anthem in unison, then walked 3km to respond to the national walking activity "Moving Forward with Vietnam".

In addition, each step recorded through the digital platform of the activity will become a “green step” - a small but meaningful action, contributing to reducing carbon emissions, raising awareness of environmental protection and moving towards the national Net Zero goal.
