Accordingly, Hai Hoa Border Guard Station has coordinated with local authorities in the border area to conduct a review of all ships, boats, rafts, and fishing vessels in the area, notify and strictly prohibit watercraft from going out to sea to fish from 2:00 p.m. on July 20; continue to inform and contact to call ships and boats to safe shelters, ensuring completion before 5:00 p.m. on July 20. Review and arrange adequate machinery and equipment for natural disaster prevention, search and rescue; prepare plans to evacuate households with temporary houses and non-solid houses to safe places when directed by the Ward People's Committee.
At the same time, Hai Hoa Border Guard Station organized patrol teams to control and disseminate information to owners of boats and aquaculture cages in the area about the developments of storm No. 3 so that they could tie their boats and ensure safety.
