In Quang Ngai , on May 8, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province held a meeting to deploy the task of organizing the high school graduation exam in 2025.

The provincial Department of Education and Training said that in preparation for the exam, the Department has implemented solutions to improve the quality of teaching and review for 12th grade students; disseminate regulations and provide professional training for officials working on organizing the exam; and review the conditions of facilities and personnel participating in the exam.

To date, the province has 14,536 candidates registered for the exam. Of these, 14,183 candidates registered for the 2018 GeneralEducation Program; 353 candidates for the 2006 General Education Program. It is expected that the province will have 36 exam sites, 670 exam rooms, 40 waiting rooms and 40 spare rooms. The Department will mobilize about 2,330 officers and teachers to work on the exam.

Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien said that this year's exam has many new points, so the Department of Education and Training needs to seriously carry out the tasks according to the regulations and progress of the Ministry of Education and Training ; organize review and mock exams suitable to actual conditions to consolidate knowledge for students; prepare adequate personnel and facilities at exam sites; select cadres and teachers with high capacity and responsibility; absolutely do not allow violations of exam regulations by both candidates and exam staff so that the exam takes place safely, seriously, in accordance with regulations and achieves high results.

In Da Nang , this year's exam has 14,163 candidates registered for the 2018 general education program; 397 candidates for the 2006 program.

The Department of Education and Training has set up 37 points to receive exam registration documents, including 34 points at high schools and 3 points at continuing education centers for 12th grade students and independent candidates.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, requested that units proactively coordinate to ensure absolute security and safety for the exam; organize training on exam supervision skills so that officials can clearly understand the regulations and avoid mistakes; and fully prepare facilities, equipment, tables and chairs, exam rooms and offices.

"Units must be ready to respond to all situations to ensure the exam takes place safely and with quality," the Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee emphasized.

In Quang Nam, the exam Nearly 19,000 candidates are expected to register for the exam, including: 17,100 high school students, 819 continuing education students and 900 independent students. The locality has arranged 63 exam sites at 51 high schools, with a total of 867 exam rooms and 80 waiting rooms.

The provincial Department of Education and Training said that the sector is focusing on thorough preparation for the exam, from training on regulations, organizing exam supervision, grading to other support work.

"This year, the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee have directed to strengthen the organization of the exam, with a directive issued from the end of 2024. Therefore, the whole industry must try to do a good job of preparing and organizing the exam safely, seriously, and with quality, without any mistakes," said a representative of the Department of Education and Training.

In Quang Binh, it is expected that the whole province will have nearly 11,500 12th graders and nearly 500 independent candidates taking the exam. Based on the number of candidates and the material conditions, the Department of Education and Training will establish an Examination Council.

It is expected that there will be 30-32 official examination sites at general schools under the Department and a number of qualified educational institutions; at the same time, 30-32 backup examination sites will be established at secondary schools, primary schools and other educational institutions in the province.

Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Tan requested departments, branches and localities to ensure the organization of the exam in a safe, serious, fair, objective and in accordance with regulations, creating the most favorable conditions for candidates; ensuring the correct assessment of students' abilities and qualifications and reflecting the quality of teaching and learning in the locality.
