Low mountainous areas ( including Bao Yen, Bao Thang, Van Ban districts and some lowland communes of Bat Xat and Muong Khuong districts): Cloudy, with scattered rain, showers and thunderstorms, some places with moderate to heavy rain. Sa Pa tourist area: Cloudy, sometimes rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms. Light wind. Cold at night and early morning. Temperature from 19 ^o C to 25 ^o C. Average humidity above 90%.
