Dong Nai industrial parks still have 960 hectares of land not yet leased.

According to the Dong Nai Industrial Parks Management Board, 37 industrial parks have been established in the province. Of these, 31 are operating, 1 is building technical infrastructure and 5 newly established industrial parks are in the process of completing procedures to start construction.

With 32 industrial parks in operation and building technical infrastructure, Dong Nai has more than 7 thousand hectares of industrial land for lease. Currently, industrial park infrastructure investors have leased nearly 6.1 thousand hectares. The remaining industrial land area that has not been leased is about 960 hectares. However, most of this unleased land area is still stuck with compensation and site clearance, so the technical infrastructure has not been completed. Therefore, industrial park infrastructure companies have not been able to sign contracts and hand over industrial land to investors.

Recently, industrial park infrastructure companies have been working with the province and local authorities to speed up compensation and site clearance to complete the industrial park infrastructure. Many domestic and foreign enterprises are waiting for Dong Nai to have a large area of ​​industrial land to rent as factories to produce goods.
