Gasoline and oil prices increased from the afternoon of June 19.

BBK - Today's gasoline prices, from 3:00 p.m. on June 19, each liter of E5RON92 gasoline increased by 1,169 VND/liter, RON95 gasoline increased by 1,277 VND/liter; oil prices also increased sharply.

Specifically, the price of E5RON92 gasoline increased by VND1,169/liter, to VND20,631/liter; RON95 gasoline increased by VND1,277/liter, to VND21,244/liter.

Price of diesel 0.05S: Increased by VND1,456/liter, at VND19,156/liter; kerosene increased by VND1,412/liter, at VND18,923/liter; fuel oil 180CST 3.5S increased by VND1,182/kg, at VND17,643/kg.

In this operating period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance did not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, and fuel oil.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world oil market in this management period (from June 12, 2025 to June 18, 2025) is affected by main factors such as: Escalating conflict between Israel and Iran in the Middle East; military conflict between Russia and Ukraine continues... The above factors have caused world oil prices to increase sharply in recent days.

Currently, the average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period of June 12, 2025 and the adjustment period of June 19, 2025 is: 83,088 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5RON92 gasoline (up 6,340 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 8.26%); 85,128 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (up 6,464 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 8.22%); 87,578 USD/barrel of kerosene (up 7,838 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 9.83%); 89,556 USD/barrel of 0.05S diesel (up 8,050 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 9.88%); 476,846 USD/ton of 180CST 3.5S fuel oil (up 40,694 USD/ton, equivalent to an increase of 9.33%).

Thus, since the beginning of the year, domestic gasoline prices have undergone 25 adjustment sessions, including 9 sessions of decrease, 11 times of increase and 5 sessions of mixed fuel price movements.

The National Assembly has just approved a 2% reduction in value-added tax (VAT) on a number of items subject to a 10% rate until the end of 2026. This is the first time gasoline and oil have been included in this tax reduction by the management agency./.
