The menu for people with fatty liver needs to ensure adequate nutrients for the body, and at the same time must be effective in limiting and improving the condition of excess fat accumulated in the liver.

Master, Doctor Nguyen Anh Duy Tung - Nutrihome Nutrition Clinic System, suggests a list of nutritious and delicious soups, porridges, vegetable soups, main dishes and desserts to help support the treatment of fatty liver disease.

Soups, porridge

These are light, easy to eat, easy to digest dishes that do not put much pressure on the liver and gallbladder. When preparing dishes, you should reduce spices, sugar, salt, and fat.

Chicken and mushroom soup : This soup is high in protein, low in fat and high in fiber, which helps to enhance liver function.
