Top golfers participating in the 2025 Rocket Classic.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Top golfers from around the world are participating in the Rocket Classic. This is a tournament on the PGA Tour. The tournament takes place from June 27th to June 30th (Vietnam time).

The tournament was without the presence of world number one Scottie Scheffler (USA) or world number two Rory McIlroy (Northern Ireland).

Nevertheless, the Rocket Classic is a tournament on the PGA Tour (a prestigious golf tour for men, similar in nature to the Masters in tennis). Therefore, the tournament still features many strong golfers.

Notably among them are two-time Olympic bronze medalist Hideki Matsuyama (Japan), 2021 FedEx Cup playoff champion Patrick Cantlay (USA), and former world number two Collin Morikawa (USA).

Furthermore, Rocket Classic 2025 will also feature Matt Fitzpatrick (UK), Kurt Kitayama (USA), Davis Thompson (USA), and others…

The tournament will take place from June 27th to June 30th (Vietnam time) at Detroit Golf Club in Detroit, Michigan (USA).

The total prize money for the tournament is $9.6 million (over 250 billion VND). This is still a considerable amount of prize money for professional golfers.
