At the conference, voters of the communes listened to the Provincial People's Council delegates report on the results of the first session of the Provincial People's Council (after the merger) and the basic contents of the resolutions passed at the session. Voters of the communes expressed their high consensus with the results of the session and trust in the activities of the Provincial People's Council in the new term.

Voters of Can Ty commune proposed a number of contents related to people's lives such as: proposing to invest in upgrading the suspension bridge in Xin Suoi Ho and Giang Chu Phin villages due to serious degradation; expanding the road from Xa Phin intersection to the end of Thao Chu Phin village, about 5km long due to the narrow and difficult road; bringing the national grid to Pai Chu Phin village to serve daily life and economic development; building telephone transmission towers in Pai Chu Phin, Xa Phin and Thao Chu Phin villages of Can Ty commune to ensure communication.
Voters of Ngoc Duong commune requested the State to overcome the landslides after storms and floods, repair the degraded suspension bridges that pose a risk to traffic safety; pay attention to investing in traffic routes and canals serving production. Some traffic signs in the area have been damaged, requesting the relevant agencies to promptly repair and reinstall them; strengthen communication and guide people about the process and location for handling administrative procedures after the merger.
Voters of Giap Trung commune made recommendations to the delegation on a number of issues such as: Opening classes to learn about the Party for outstanding union members; upgrading the canal and ditch systems serving production and domestic water; paying attention to investing in regional traffic infrastructure; investing in the national grid system and broadcasting stations for a number of villages and hamlets; allocating funds to repair public works caused by natural disasters; providing specific instructions on health insurance regimes suitable to local realities; investing in village cultural houses; adding English teachers to primary schools; adding equipment to the commune's public service center; re-planning the commune's central market, etc.

Representatives of the Provincial People's Council Delegation, departments, branches and local authorities have received and responded to voters' opinions and recommendations. The contents under the provincial authority will be compiled and sent to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, the Heads of the Delegation Groups acknowledged the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of the voters. At the same time, they emphasized that the arrangement of administrative units is a strategic step in implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus and improving the quality of local government operations. They requested that the Party Committees and authorities of communes continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council; proactively coordinate with all levels and sectors to remove difficulties and obstacles, especially the issues that voters are interested in, to improve the quality of life for the people.
